An excellent course I thoroughly recommend to take. Whether going independantly or part of an organisation you will pick up valuable nuggats and tools along the way. It also leaves you an excitement of wanting to "get stuck in and being that Farmer" (once you take the course the farming reference will make loads of sense.) 5 stars.
