Vics is the lead coach and trainer here at CANNY.

She has a rich blend of experience in running businesses and supporting businesses.

Vics has walked in your shoes… on the hamster wheel of running a growing business, but feeling disconnected from her true self.

Here are some things to know about her experience:

  • She has sold two businesses

  • She has employed and grown a team

She has fallen down and picked herself back up again many, many times.

A QUALIFIED EXPERT

As well as her lived experience, Vics has invested in developing the professional skills to support business owners.

  • Vics is a professionally accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation. Right now, she is on a journey to becoming a Master Coach. That’s the highest level of accreditation that a coach can get.

  • As a Board Member of the International Coaching Federation, Vics is focused on supporting Professional Development activities, specifically Business Development for coaches.

  • Vics is certified as a LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator and Coach by gold-standard trainer SERIOUSWORK. She brings this into her coaching and mentoring practice.

  • Vics delivers two training courses for coach educators. The first course helps coaches to build business confidence. The second trains coaches in how to use LEGO® Serious Play® as a tool in their coaching practice.

  • Disciplined Entrepreneurship is a methodology developed at MIT and takes entrepreneurs through a 24-step process to build a high-growth business. Vics is a super fan of this process and has used it to share her own businesses.

  • Right now, Vics is focused on solving problems within the professional coaching industry. Her current project is FindCoachTraining. A website to make it easier for coaches to find professional development.
